Please log in with your email address and your password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the data protection regulations (data protection notice). Any other use or disclosure to third parties does not occur. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking on the "Next" button, you will be taken to the next order step.

Now check your billing address and enter your desired method of payment. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.
4. Check Shipping Address / Select Shipping Method
Now check your shipping address and enter your desired shipping method. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.
5. Complete the Order Process / Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Pls. check that all information is correct and read carefully the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and privacy policy (set checkmark). By clicking the button "Buy" you send your order to us. Hereby you make a legally binding offer.
The prices stated on the product pages include value added tax / VAT and other price components.
We deliver only within the Federal Republic of Germany and Austria.
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a standard rate of EUR 6.90 per order for delivery within Germany and Austria. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and once more on the order page.
For payment by cash on delivery the deliverer will raise an additional fee of EUR 2.00 on site. [Further taxes or costs will not be incurred.]
The shipping flat rate is EUR 6.90 and is including VAT. Since the VAT for the standard delivery rate is calculated depending on the purchased goods, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. for book purchase). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it may not become higher, but lower only in your favor.
For digital content (12-week-program etc.) there are no shipping costs.
